Time for Cocktails!
We had great fun creating three very tasty cocktails using whisky from our core range.
Cocktails should be a celebration of flavour and creativity and we feel that is exactly what we have here.

The AD/ Amber Rush
The AD/ Amber Rush is a super simple shaken drink utilising the balance of our house whisky and the zest of the lemon juice to create the perfect serve.
Ingredients:
50ml AD Single Malt
20ml Honey Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake, double strain over ice into your favourite glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
The AD/ Cask Strength Reverse Rob Roy
The AD Cask Strength Reverse Rob Roy is a bona fide classic, with the ratio reversed. Rich, deep, jammy, a delicious digestif.
Ingredients:
25ml AD Cask Strength
50ml Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass.
- Stir until diluted to taste.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
The Maclean's Nose Orchard Highball
The Maclean’s Nose Orchard Highball is a bright, vibrant drink which maximises the oily, fruity backbone of Maclean’s Nose. Seriously quaffable!
Ingredients:
50ml Maclean’s Nose
20ml Le Verger Liqueur
Fever Tree Mexican Lime Soda
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
- Build your cocktail in the glass. Stir.
- Garnish with a hefty bouquet of fresh mint.
- Drink immediately.
