AD/ White Port Cask Release
This first ever AD/ White Port Cask Release was made with 100% unpeated spirit matured in Bourbon barrels, then finished in White Port barriques. Yielding 6800 bottles.
Colour: Burnished bronze
Nose: Salted oat biscuits, candied cashew, preserved lemon, beurre noisette and tiger balm.
Palate: Praline, mandarin, salted caramel, white nectarine, cedar and pink peppercorn.
Finish: Soft tannins, long and complex.
This whisky is bottled at 52% ABV.
Like all of our whiskies this AD/ White Port Cask Release, is un-chill filtered and natural colour.
