This marks our very first Single Cask release available exclusively through our web shop and it is now ready for you to discover. 

This is a peated, refill Oloroso hogshead, distilled in 2015. It delivers depth, warmth and has a beautiful character from nose to finish.

Nose
Soft candy floss and vanilla custard open the experience, followed by rich blackcurrant jam.

Palate
Savoury and intriguing, with sticky tree sap and wild rocket at the forefront. Warming aniseed follows, unfolding into bright lemon balm and a tangy burst of raspberry sorbet.

Finish
Long and oily, lingering with notes of burnt toast and toffee, alongside gentle char and polished oak.
