Rerack Operation

A rerack can be arranged upon  request to transfer the maturing spirit into a new cask, should you feel that a different wood would better support its development through the final stages of maturation.

We only permit finishing in cask types included in our original cask offers:

American oak barrels and American/Spanish oak ex sherry hogsheads and butts.
